No idea. I know Feynman denied his cancer had anything to do with being at Los Alamos, but how could he know that? I also don’t know whether the Manhattan Project participants had an especially high incidence of cancer, or how much radiation they were exposed to when they watched the test. So much ignorance!
A great story. Has there ever been an accounting of the cancer deaths of those who witnessed the first bomb detonation like Feynman?
